As Head of Supply Chain, you will develop and implement your own strategies, as you take on full ownership and responsibility for the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of all supply chain operations.

You will lead and develop a senior and international team of supply chain professionals and collaborate with multiple other cross-functional teams within the business.

Management of procurement, logistics, supplier relationships, demand forecasting, inventory management will form your day-to-day tasks.

• Reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction by developing and executing your own supply chain initiatives and strategies.

• Lead a team of senior international supply chain professionals, helping your team to achieve departmental goals.

• Work collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders to optimise the complete supply-chain process.

• Minimise inventory carrying costs whilst meeting customer demand through management of inventory levels and implementation of new strategies.

• Integrate forecasting, demand/supply planning, distribution, logistics and inventory management to fulfil growth and financial goals.

• Manage and oversee all forecast planning, warehouse stock control, product purchasing and expediting and logistics control whilst maintaining cost-reduction solutions.

• Run 3PL warehouse operations – maintaining effective cost control, ensuring stock accuracy at all times, and managing return goods processes.

• Take ownership of all pricing negotiations, reporting cost reduction achievements monthly.

• Oversee logistics and freight company operations, reporting costs and cost-cutting recommendations monthly.

• Previous experience operating at a global supply chain level and working with international businesses.

• In-depth understanding of supply chain operations across the globe.

• Experience dealing with multiple international suppliers across Asia.

• Exceptional leadership and management skills enabling you to lead a large international team.

• Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to convert data into actionable steps.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities enabling you to work with staff at all levels of the organisation.

• Previous experience working with third party quality control partners to ensure compliance with international reporting standards.

• Proven ability to drive transformation, scale processes and facilitate change management.

• Proven ability to execute quality standards by holding teams accountable and offering strong coaching and feedback.
